One thing we would like to stress is when issues happen, there are things you can do to get printing sooner and we want to help. In this article, we will cover some of the simple things you can do to be sure you are always able to print!

• Submit a ticket – the first thing you will want to do if you have an issue is to submit a ticket. Please include error codes that show up on the screen and if the issue is affecting one user, or all users. Details help us dispatch the right technician (network or mechanical) and can get you printing faster
• Be aware of common solutions – There are some common issues, like a vertical stripe down the entire page on copies (but not on prints), this would indicate you just have a little dirt on the thin glass piece. Simple solutions like this (you would also see a line on scans, but not prints), will tell you clearly where the issue is coming from.
• Be patient – We understand the importance of keeping your devices running. However, if you are in central Manhattan and have an issue at 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon, it is unlikely we will have that copier fixed before the weekend starts.
• Have a backup – For those who have to have 100% uptime, having a backup, even if it is small, will keep you printing until the bigger device is back working.
